This is the Grant Opportunity (GO!) system for the Science, Technology & Research (STaR) Division of the WV Higher Education Policy Commission (HEPC).  For an up-to-date description of these grant opportunities, visit the STaR website, where you'll also find the latest instructions for applying, details of the award process, reporting requirements, and more.

If you already have a registered account, just use the login button in the upper right corner to proceed.  If not, visit STaR's self-registration portal to request an invitation to register as a member of an organization.

[NOTE: Registrations on the old GO! system do not work here.  You must register anew for this site.]
